TERMS OF SERVICE

payment

  • my prices are in USD and can't be put up to negotation

  • I only accept payment through Paypal (USD/EUR/PLN), or bank transfer/BLIK, if you're from Poland

  • I only do refunds, if I'm not able to finish your commision, or I'm having trouble executing it

  • payment upfront or after the sketch approval preffered.

  • I do not refund anything approved above the sketch stage and I give myself the right to re-use the sketch or the idea itself for an YCH if the refund is finalised

  • eventual quote is valid for a month (28 days)

  • tips are more than welcomed! <3

important things to do before commissioning me

  • ask yourself: what specific pose/emotion you want me to draw?

  • Provide me a clear and digital reference of the character you want me to draw.

  • be ready to pay me before I start a commission, or after confirming sketch

process

  • Your order may take from 1 week to 6 months to complete. In extreme situations, I reserve the right to finish a commission in max. 1 year.

  • I might accept rush fees, if you want your commission to be finished in 2 weeks.

  • you can follow my process on Trello

  • I will send you a sketch before continuing the rest of the art. If you want, I can send you more WIPs through out the process

  • I don't mind being asked for progress, check my contact page for my Discord etc.!

  • I won't do any major changes after accepting sketch and then, colors. (I might do it with additional fee)

other info

  • you have to credit me whenever you use my art

  • I reserve myself rights to use commission for you, as an art example

  • you have no rights to edit my arts without my knowledge and permission

  • Only people over 18 can buy NSFW arts. I might ask you for ID with only date of birth shown.

adopt's TOS

  • you don't have to inform me about minor changes in my design. If you’re planning to majorly change the design, you have to give me some information about it

  • you are not allowed to resell the character for more than you've bought it for, unless you've got/drawn them extra art

  • characters aren't refundable, you don't need to inform me about reselling them, but I rather like to know about it

I'm good at drawing practically every animal and humans. I do accept drawing mature artworks.
